Mind games and mental torture rule the playing field as Bring It On: In It to Win It is just that. A no-holds barred scrap to the top; as cheerleaders will do anything to claim this years' winning trophy. Hollywood vs. New York; both teams really Bring It On as the coveted 'Cheer Stick' finds itself wanted more than usual and at any cost. And as they soon find out the price to pay is high; as both competitors become something bigger, something better... together.

Not sure if this is the final attempt at the franchise of pom poms and mini-skirts but it is a better attempt at producing a film with more clout than the pathetic Bring It On: All or Nothing and Bring It On: Again, which seemed to be a spoof like movie. This time around the director, Steve Rash (Bring It On: All or Nothing, American Pie) chose a different route along with writers Alyson Fouse (Everybody Hates Chris) and newcomer Elena Song; making the 4th induction tolerable.

In It to Win It has more cheer, better direction minus the look and feel of a bootleg; The high impact cheerleading mimics Bring It On (Original) along with a cute love-story line. Of course, the rivalry is the real subject matter as the East Coast Jets battle the West Coast Sharks for cheer supremacy in this years arena: The Cheer Camp Championships.
