BET is at it again with their 3rd installment of College Hill: Virginia State University. The latest college students find themselves nestled in the off-campus mansion for three months. And as usual the interactions are so funny you can't help but watch what will happen.

Reality TV never seems to bore the BET audience as to of no surprise, certainly this would be why College Hill 4 exists. An entirely different atmosphere, these 8 students really no how to keep you glued to the boob-tube. It's almost as if they intend to purposely act a fool!

Despite the sex and lack of clothing, the partially unrealistic view of college life is were BET loses. It would have been better to depict a dorm like style than a million dollar home that a majority of black college students couldn't identify with.

BET succeeds in offering youth a hip hop insight to college: unaffordable and unattainable without hard work, determination and financial status. Even for a moment on screen clearly it should form a bit more 'reality' than fantasy.
