The second and final season of HBO’ Rome has come to DVD. The exciting second half is continuously packed with empires feared fallen and the smell of blood signals victory or does it?

The second half concludes with the death of Cesar and the announcing of the heir Octavian although Mark Anthony acts as if he is in total control of the entire Roman Empire. The young heir however grows weary and begins to take his newly found position seriously.

Set in 44 B.C. Rome takes on a bit of brash crack a smile humor in between the mockery, whores and tyranny. The DVD offers a bit more excitement than the actual series. The extra features on the 5 Disc set include:
